Are you looking for a fun and engaging way to track your health and fitness? Look no further than LG Health! Well, actually, you might have to look further because they recently announced they're shutting it down. But don't worry, this review is still worth reading!

How it Helps

I stumbled upon LG Health while searching for a way to keep track of my daily steps. I used to think that walking to the fridge and back counted as exercise, but apparently not. So, I downloaded LG Health and started tracking my steps every day. It even had a feature where you could input what you ate and it would tell you how many calories you consumed. Who knew that eating an entire pizza in one sitting was a bad idea?

Pros and Cons

Let's start with the pros:

  • Easy to use
  • Tracks daily steps and calories
  • Has a variety of exercises to choose from
  • Free to download

And now for the cons:

  • The interface is a bit outdated
  • Doesn't sync well with other fitness apps
  • Will be shutting down soon :(

Features

One of the best features of LG Health is the step tracker. It accurately tracks your steps throughout the day and gives you a goal to strive towards. It also has a variety of exercises to choose from, such as running, cycling, and even dancing. Plus, you can input your own exercises if you want to get really specific.

User Experience

Overall, my experience using LG Health was pretty positive. It was easy to use and I liked being able to track my steps and calories. However, there were a few annoying bugs and glitches that I encountered. For example, sometimes the app would randomly shut down or stop tracking my steps. But, for a free app, I really can't complain too much.

Comparison

Compared to other health and fitness apps out there, LG Health is pretty basic. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other apps, but it gets the job done. If you're looking for a simple way to track your steps and calories, then LG Health is a great option.

Final Verdict

Although LG Health will be shutting down soon, I would still recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a basic health and fitness app. It's easy to use and gets the job done, even if it does have a few annoying glitches. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Conclusion

In conclusion, while LG Health may not be the most advanced health and fitness app out there, it's still worth checking out. Who knows, maybe you'll fall in love with its simplicity and become a step-tracking fiend. Give it a try before it's gone!
